Parmesan Triscuit Snacks

Preheat broiler to 400\u00b0.
Place Triscuit crackers on a baking sheet. Whisk olive oil and garlic powder together*; brush onto each Triscuit.
Top each with a slice of parmesan.
Broil for 5 minutes, until cheese bubbles.
*I have an olive oil mister, so I sometimes quickly spray the Triscuits with olive oil and then sprinkle with garlic. Other spices would be great too :).

Turkey Club On A Triscuit (Warm Or Cold)

Warm version:
Place all 24 crackers in a single layer on a microwavable dish -- you can do this in 2 batches, if you wish.
Top with lettuce.
Combine the chopped turkey, 1/2 cup of cheese, mustard, mayo; mix well.
Spoon over lettuce; sprinkle with remaining cheese and diced tomatoes.
Microwave on HIGH for 10-15 seconds or until the cheese is melted and mixture is warm; serve warm.
Cold Version:
Mix together all ingredients on serve on Triscuits for a salad version.

Triscuit Reuben Bites

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Arrange 28 crackers in rows on bottom of greased 13x9 baking dish.
Layer 3/4 cup cheese, sauerkraut, corned beef and remaining cheese over crackers; top with remaining crackers.
Whisk milk, eggs, mustard and parsley in bowl; pour over crackers.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until puffed and golden.
Let stand 10 minutes, then cut into squares in between crackers.
Serve warm, with thousand island dressing on the side if you wish.

Minced Clam, Cheese Triscuit Cracker Melts

Drain minced clams, add mayo -- enough to just bind the clams together. Add a pinch of garlic salt and blend.
Spread mixture onto crackers.
Slice the cheese in semi thin slices (cracker barrel cheese is the perfect square size of triscuits).
Place cheese slice onto each.
Place under broiler for just a minute or two until cheese melts.

Little Appetizer Pizzas

Top each of 3 Triscuit crackers with 1 pepperoni slice and

Crab Meat Hors D'Oeuvres

Add mayonnaise and crab meat to beaten egg white.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and mix thoroughly.
Put 1 tablespoon of mix on each Triscuit cracker.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Broil until lightly brown (watch carefully).
Serve hot.

Triscuit Buffalo Bites

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F.
Mix chicken, hot sauce and mustard.
Spoon about 1 teaspoon mixture on each cracker; place on baking sheet.
Drizzle with melted butter.
Mix blue cheese and celery; spoon about 1/2 teaspoon cheese mixture on each cracker.
Bake at 400\u00b0F for 4 minutes or until cheese melts.
Serve with additional hot sauce.

Pear And Smoked Gouda Snack

Spread dijon mustard on crackers
Place pear slices on top of crackers.
Place cheese on top of pears.
Broil on cookie sheet until cheese is melted.
Enjoy.

Turkey Brie Cranberry Bites ( Rachael Ray)

Preheat broiler.
Arrange crackers on broiler pan.
Mix sauce with zest and scallions.
Dot crackers with sauce and top with folded turkey and Brie.
Place under broiler to melt Brie.
serve warm.

Triscuit Appetizers

Mix together all ingredients and put on crackers. Put on cookie sheet and bake until cheese melts.

Warm Crab Dip

Shred crab meat into small pieces.
Blend in a small bowl, softened cream cheese with Worcestershire sauce, half and half, shredded crab meat, onion and horseradish sauce.
Mix lightly, but well.
Butter small baking dish and fill with crab mixture. Sprinkle with almonds and bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serve with crackers.

Shrimp Dip

Marinate drained shrimp overnight in shrimp sauce.
Top the softened bar of cream cheese with shrimp/sauce mixture.
Serve with crackers.

Sausage Cheese Spread

Brown ground beef and sausage together; drain.
Cut cheese into squares and melt with beef and sausage.
Serve hot over Triscuit crackers.

Triscuit Snacks

Place Triscuits crackers on microwavable dish.
Slice cheese and place 1 pat of cheese on each Triscuits.
Slice pepperoni and place 1 slice on cheese and Triscuits.
Place in microwave and cook on High approximately 30 to 40 seconds.

Cooking time may vary depending on your microwave.)

Easy Apple Cheddar Melts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Whisk together sugar & cinnamon in medium bowl, then add apple slices, & toss to coat.
Cut cheese slices in half diagonally.
Place crackers on a baking sheet, & top each with 1 cheese slice & 2 apple slices.
Bake 4-5 minutes, until cheese is melted.
Serve warm.

Less Oily Seasoned Oyster Crackers

Grab your small bowl and pour the vegetable oil in it.
Add the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, sugar and Parmesan cheese, and dill weed to the oil.
Mix thoroughly with the whisk until well blended.
Pour the oyster crackers into the large mixing bowl.
Pour the oil and spice mixture over the crackers.
Mix together with a spoon until the crackers are well coated with the mixture.
Pour the seasoned crackers into the ziplock bag.
Let sit for at least one hour to allow flavors to blend.

Spicy Seasoned Crackers

Heat crackers in the microwave on 1/

Glazed Crackers

Arrange crackers on two baking sheets.
In a small saucepan over medium heat on stovetop, combine butter and sugar. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes. Stir in vanilla and chopped pecans.
Spoon pecan mixture over crackers.
Bake at 325 degrees for 6 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over crackers. Return to oven and bake for 2 minutes more, or until chocolate chips are melted.
Remove from oven and let cool briefly. Using a spatula, transfer crackers to a serving plate or an airtight container.

Super Easy Toffee Crackers

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
On a foil lined jelly roll pan, or another pan with a lip, lay out saltines end to end.
Melt together butter and brown sugar.
Boil for 3 minutes without stirring.
Pour melted mixture over crackers.
Bake for 7 minutes.
Sprinkle chocolate over crackers while still hot, spreading chocolate as it melts.
Top with your choice of toppings, nuts, coconut, candies, etc.
Allow to cool completely before breaking into squares.

Caramel Crackers

preheat oven to 250*.combine crackers and peanuts in a greased large shallow baking pan.
in a saucepan, bring sugar, butter, and corn syrup to a boil and cook 5 minutes.
remove from heat, add vanilla and baking soda.
pour caramel mixture over crackers and peanuts.stir well.
bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
pour onto waxed paper and break apart -- allow to cool.
store in an airtight container.
