Crab Meat Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites, beaten until stiff
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. crab meat
    lemon juice
    Triscuit crackers
    paprika
Preparation
    Add mayonnaise and crab meat to beaten egg white.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice and mix thoroughly.
    Put 1 tablespoon of mix on each Triscuit cracker.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Broil until lightly brown (watch carefully).
    Serve hot.
