Pear And Smoked Gouda Snack - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices smoked gouda cheese
8 slices pears (I used Anjou)
Dijon mustard
8 Triscuit crackers
Preparation
-
Spread dijon mustard on crackers
Place pear slices on top of crackers.
Place cheese on top of pears.
Broil on cookie sheet until cheese is melted.
Enjoy.
