To prepare the sugar rim on the glasses, dissolve the white sugar in 4 tablespoons of water in a a bowl. Take each glass and dip the rim into the sugar water. Hold the glass face down until it stops dripping, then dip the wet rim into the brown sugar. To make the cocktail, mix the fruit juices with the tequila and prosecco and carefully pour into the prepared glasses. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Softly press tamarillo to ensure flesh is broken. Shake briefly to ensure egg white is emulsified and binds ingredients together.
Fill shaker with ice. Shake then strain into a tall, highball glass.
Serve with a slice of fresh tamarillo.
Rub 1/2 the rim of a highball glass with a grapefruit wedge then dip into sea salt.

Moisten the rims of 12 shot glasses with water, then dip each glass in kosher salt to coat the rims. Put an oyster into each shot glass.
In a medium bowl, combine the lime juice, red bell pepper, shallots, cilantro, parsley, and chives. Pour 1 tablespoon of the lime juice mixture into each of the 12 shot glasses over the oysters.
Pour the tequila into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and shake to chill the tequila. Add about 2 tablespoons of tequila to each of the shot glasses. Serve immediately.
Fill a cocktail shaker half full with ice.
Add tequila, cider, lemon juice and cassis and shake well.
Fill two glasses with ice and strain the cocktail evenly between them.
