Paloma Tequila Cocktail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    None None thin Ruby Red grapefruit wedges, to garnish
    None None flaky sea salt, to rim glasses
    1/3 cup Ruby Red grapefruit juice
    1 tbsp fresh lime juice
    1 tsp sugar
    2 oz white tequila
    None None soda water, to serve
Preparation
    Rub 1/2 the rim of a highball glass with a grapefruit wedge then dip into sea salt.
    Combine grapefruit juice, lime juice and sugar in glass and stir until sugar has dissolved. Pour in tequila (don't stir). Add some ice and top up with soda water. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
