Johnny Carson’S Mole Tequila Cocktail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 oz Arette Blanco Tequila
    1 None tamarillo, flesh scraped from skin with a spoon
    3 drops chili oil
    2 dashes Bitter Truth Bittermens Xocolatl Mole bitters
    1/2 oz Heering Denmark Coffee Liqueur
    1 tbsp simple syrup
    1 None egg white
    1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Softly press tamarillo to ensure flesh is broken. Shake briefly to ensure egg white is emulsified and binds ingredients together.
    Fill shaker with ice. Shake then strain into a tall, highball glass.
    Serve with a slice of fresh tamarillo.
