Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Open T. V. dinner box.
Remove tray. Remove foil from tray.
Place dinner in oven.
Bake 35 minutes. Remove T. V. dinner from oven with oven mitt.
Add salt and pepper to taste.

*T.V.P. - Textured Vegetable Protein
add potato, celery, carrots, and T.V.P. Stir.
When the
Pour 2 cups boiling water over T.V.P. flakes and ketchup and let stand for 10 minutes. Heat olive oil in large Dutch oven. Over medium heat, saute onion, green pepper and garlic. Sprinkle chili powder, cayenne, cumin and oregano over T.V.P. mixture. Stir and add to mixture in Dutch oven. Cook a few minutes and stir in canned tomatoes, kidney beans, crushed tomatoes and V-8 juice. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes to an hour. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Warm oven to 425\u00b0.
After 3 minutes and 37 seconds, we gently ease the T.V. dinner into oven, closing the door afterwards.
We let it cook for 30 minutes.
When we open the oven door, to our surprise, there is a delicious, hot T.V. dinner ready to be eaten.
Sit in recliner, put T.V. control in your hand and yell to your wife \"Is it ready yet?\"
Carefully remove cardboard container from T.V. dinner.
Set oven temperature as indicated on box.
Remove foil over wrap, if necessary.
Place contents in oven.
Gently cook meat, potato and veggies until overly dry.
Wash down with a cool sip of white wine. Continue to sip wine until meal tastes good.

Soak 2 cups dry t.v.p. in 1 3/4 cups boiling water for 10 minutes.
Then add remainder of ingredients.
Mix. Mold into 1-inch diameter balls.
Press firmly.
Fry in oil until crispy.
Serve with spaghetti sauce on noodles.
Pour bag of Doritos into large bowl.
Remove mug from freezer. Allow to frost.
Set up T.V. tray by lounge chair.
Pour beer (pop may be substituted) into mug.
Proceed to chair, sit down and turn on favorite channel.

Prepare sauce: Heat oil in saute pan; add garlic; saute for 30 seconds; add onions and saute for 1 minute; add peppers and continue to saute for another minute. Deglaze with chicken stock and reduce to half. Add V-8 juice and cayenne pepper; bring to boil; simmer 10 minutes.
Thicken to consistency with cornstarch; season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add cooked pasta to sauce and heat through until hot.
Arrange on serving dish and top with chicken breast. Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.

Put on Tops/Sticks and Freeze for at least 3 hours.

Serve V-8 hot for appetizer.
Add small can spicy V-8 for a little spice.
Mix and chill lemon jello, V-8 juice, salt and onion.
Mix cottage cheese, mayonnaise, celery, olives and bell pepper; add to jello mixture and mix all together.
Chill.
Season ground beef to your liking.
Roll into bite size meat balls.
Roll meat balls in flour.
Cut vegetables in bite size pieces and place in baking dish.
Cover vegetables with V-8 juice. Place floured meat balls on top.
Cover and bake until vegetables are tender.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
Cook hamburger and onions until they change color; drain. Cook vegetables until tender.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add V-8 juice.
Bring back to boiling.
Put in crock-pot to simmer on medium for 1 to 2 hours.
Strip the skin from the chicken; remove the seeds from the green peppers and slice them into thin rings.
Place chicken in skillet.
Cover with pepper rings and pour in V-8 juice (or similar vegetable juice mixture) until chicken is submerged. Cover skillet; cook at 250\u00b0 (low heat) until chicken is tender (about 2 1/2 to 3 hours).
Brown meat in small amount of oil.
Add canned tomatoes and let cook for about 10 minutes.
Add vegetables and enough V-8 juice to cover.
Let simmer until cooked through.
You can season as desired with salt/pepper.
Heat V-8 and butter until butter
In greased 9 x 13-inch pan, put uncooked noodles in 2 layers. Sprinkle raw or browned hamburger on top.
Add soup, salt, pepper, onion salt and oregano.
Top with 1 cup cheese.
Pour V-8 juice over and then add remaining cheese.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
