Beef Stew With Spicy V-8 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb stew meat
    1 (32 ounce) bottle v-8 spicy vegetable juice
    1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
    1 (16 ounce) can green beans, drained
    2 -3 red potatoes, cut up into large chunks
    1 (16 ounce) bag baby carrots
    1 onion, diced
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat in small amount of oil.
    Add canned tomatoes and let cook for about 10 minutes.
    Add vegetables and enough V-8 juice to cover.
    Let simmer until cooked through.
    You can season as desired with salt/pepper.
