Melt chocolate and spread in double boiler or in microwave.

Blend egg whites in large mixer bowl until peaks are formed. Gradually add 1/2 tsp stevia, beat until stiff peaks form.
Stir 1\u00b0C whites into chocolate mixture and then fold in remaining whites.
Pour into 10-12\" pan, greased, floured, wax paper lined.
Bake at 250 for 2 1/2 hours, allow to completely cool before serving.
Put 1/2 c Stevia leaves and 1 c mint leaves in saucepan in 2 liters of water. Bring to a boil and then turn down and simmer for 1 hour. Strain and cool, set aside.
Juice 4-6 limes and add the juice to a pitcher, add 1/2 to 3/4 c of stevia concentrate then fill with water. Add a few slices of lime.
Serve over ice and enjoy.
Prepare Jello according to package instructions, and allow to cool to room temperature (still liquid).
Divide strawberries among 8 glasses. Pour liquid Jello over strawberries. Place in refrigerator for 25 mins, until Jello starts to set. Slowly pour pudding over Jello. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 4 hours until set firm. Serve.

Prepare jello according to package directions.
Distribute blackberries and apple between 4 (6 oz) martini glasses. Pour jello over top and refrigerate for 3 hours, or until jello has set.
Whip cream and powdered sugar to soft peaks. Serve jello martinis topped with whipped cream.
Preheat oven to 350 and prepare a 9x5 loaf pan.
Beat eggs by hand. Then add in the applesauce, vanilla, milk and bananas.

slice unpeeled orange into 8ths and remove seeds, place 1/2 orange slices and 1/2 cranberries in food processor with 1/2 of the stevia powder and process until mixture is evenly chopped, almost pureed. transfer to bowl and repeat with remaining orange, cranberries and stevia. add sugar to taste if desired, but give the relish a chance to sit first and meld the flavors. you may not want to add sugar at all. for best flavor make a day ahead and refrigerate.

Poor cooled milk mixture over jello and chill overnight.

Dissolve 1 package orange jello in 1 cup hot water; mix in 1/2 pound marshmallows, cut up or use small ones.
Use 1 cup whipped cream, 3/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 small package Philadelphia cream cheese (be sure and have cream cheese soft) and 1 can drained, crushed pineapple.
Let this jell until firm.
Place in refrigerator.
Dissolve 1 package lime jello as directed, then just before it jells, pour over other mixture.
Refrigerate and jell.
