PREPARE THE STEAK:
Take the finely sliced
Cook Steak-umms, sliced onion and sliced mushrooms in 1 tablespoon margarine; drain. Put mixture back in the pan after draining. Put the cheese on top; heat until cheese is melted. Put mixture into rolls. Top with lettuce and sliced tomato. Makes 4 sandwiches.
Place a little grease in frying pan; add a steak.
Let fry until brown on both sides, about 15 minutes.
Fill another pan with water and bring to boil.
Take steak out of frying pan and place in water.
Cook in water until you break one open and it's not red in center.
Take steak out of water and replace back in frying pan. Steak gravy recipe follows.
Salt and brown steak pieces on both sides, set aside.
Add onions, cook until tender.
Stir in broth, soy sauce and garlic. Cover and simmer 10 minutes till meat is tender.
Add green peppers, cook 5 minutes.

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add peppers and onions; stir fry until tender.
Add steak and stir fry over high heat until fully cooked.

Top each pile with 1/2 cup cheese. Cover; let stand until cheese melts.
Spread mayonnaise on hoagie rolls; top with steak and cheese mixture.
Cut steak across grain about 1/4-inch thick.
Marinate in the dressing (just enough to partly cover the meat, for at least 30 minutes).
Heat medium sized skillet until hot.
Put about 8 ounces of steak pieces into skillet and stir-fry until done.
Do this until all the steak is cooked.
Serve on Hoagie buns with the cheese, lettuce, onion, tomato, etc. according to each person's taste.
Melt the butter in a skillet.
Saute the green pepper, onion, and mushrooms in the melted butter.
Add spaghetti sauce until the mixture is well coated and warm.
In separate skillet, fry the Steak Ums.
Be sure to drain the grease.
Mix the Steak Ums and Sauce mixture together.
Spoon onto a hoagie roll and top with mozarella cheese.
Microwave to melt the cheese, if necessary.
Brown steak.
In another pan, brown onions, peppers and mushrooms.
Drain steak if necessary.
Add onions, peppers, mushrooms, pizza sauce and garlic salt to taste.
Simmer 10 minutes on low.
Put steak mixture on hoagie roll.
Top with cheese.

Fry sandwich steaks in frying pan, stirring often.
When no longer pink, pour off grease. I also usually blot the with paper towels to remove even more.
Stir in sauce.
On a baking sheet, lay steak or hoagie buns open flat.
Divide meat mixture evenly and place on both sides of the buns.
Top with mozzarella cheese.
Place under broiler about 5-6 minutes or until cheese has melted and it starting to brown.

Mix the ketchup, Italian dressing, soy sauce, and molasses in a small bowl. Place the steak in slow cooker, sprinkle with onions, and pour the ketchup mixture over the steak.
Turn the slow cooker to High and cook for 1 hour. Reduce the heat to Low and continue cooking until the meat is tender, about 4 hours. Serve on hoagie buns and top with 1/4 cup coleslaw, if desired, for a Southern BBQ flavor.
In a skillet brown venison with half the onion and half the peppers.
Add half of your Worcestershire sauce and Montreal seasoning.
In a separate pan caramelize other half of onion and peppers. Add salt and pepper at this point.
Open hoagie rolls on a cookie sheet and place cheese in rolls.
Add hot venison and onion/pepper blend.
Place under broiler at 500 degrees until it begins to sizzle.
Remove from oven. Hit with remaining seasonings and serve.
Preheat the broiler or toaster oven.
Heat the 3 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef strips to brown.
Add onion and pepper to beef. Saute until softened and brown around the edges, about 10 minutes.
Add garlic. Cook for one minute more.
Meanwhile, brush hoagie rolls with remaining olive oil and toast under the broiler.
Pile meat mixture on rolls, and top with chopped tomatoes. Yum!
Heat skillet with 2 tablespoons oil. Put in meat and season to taste. Put in mushrooms and onions. Then add teriyaki sauce to taste (4 dashes). Cook until desired doneness. Slice open hoagie buns and toast in broiler until lightly browned. Lay on a cookie sheet the opened bun. Layer cheese on bottom, then meat mixture and another layer of cheese. Pop into oven to melt cheese. Put on top bun and slice sandwich in half for better handling.
Split hoagie roll and spread with butter. Lightly toast in skillet and remove.
Saute onions in olive oil.
Place roast beef slices on one side of roll and top with two slices of provolone cheese per sandwich. Melt cheese by broiling for approximately 1 minute.
Add sauteed onions on top of melted cheese and top sandwich with other half of hoagie roll. (If using condiments, add before placing split roll on top.).

Slice bun 2/3 through lengthwise and spread open.
Place cheese slices on bun.
Heat skillet or grill to medium to high heat.
Stir fry steak and onions until cooked through.
Salt and pepper to taste while cooking.
Place cooked steak and onions immediately onto bun.
Top with the mushrooms and peppers to taste.
