Cheese Steak Hoagie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Steak-umm (found in frozen food department)
1 onion
1 pkg. fresh mushrooms (optional)
1 tomato
1/4 head lettuce
4 sub rolls
mayo for on rolls
salt and pepper to taste
about 8 slices American or Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook Steak-umms, sliced onion and sliced mushrooms in 1 tablespoon margarine; drain. Put mixture back in the pan after draining. Put the cheese on top; heat until cheese is melted. Put mixture into rolls. Top with lettuce and sliced tomato. Makes 4 sandwiches.
