FOR TOMATO SAUCE---------------.
Heat oil in saucepan
Brown ground beef in small Dutch oven, stirring until it crumbles; drain well.
Stir in tomato sauce, water, dried onion flakes, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and pepper.
Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add spaghetti sauce and simmer uncovered 20 minutes.
Cook spaghetti as package directs and drain.
Spoon meat sauce over cooked spaghetti.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Yields 4 servings.

Heat oil in a heavy saucepan.
Add onion, celery and garlic clove (cool slightly), about 3 minutes.
Crumble ground chuck into mixture.
Brown well.
Add salt and pepper.
Clove of garlic may be removed after browning.
Add tomato paste and stir.
Add water and stir thoroughly.
Cover and let simmer over low flame (3 minutes).
Add tomato sauce, sugar, oregano, basil and garlic powder. Stir well.
Cover and simmer over flame for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Recipe is for 1 1/2 pounds of spaghetti.
Saute ground beef. Add onion, celery and carrots, cook until soft.
Add every thing else! (tomato sauce, tomato soup, tomato soup, tomatoes, water, sugar, worcestershire sauce, tabasco, salt, oregano, garlic salt, basil, celery salt, and pepper).
Simmer (covered because it splatters), for a good while (that's what it says). i usally don't time it, but let it sit on stove for at least an hour, some times two. I just add a bit more water if it gets too thick before supper time.
Stir often, so it does not burn on bottom!

Cook gently on low heat for 1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
(The longer the sauce cooks, the better the flavor.)

Also add oregano (sparingly), bay leaf, garlic and salt to suit your taste.
Simmer several hours.
Freezes great.
(I use only tomato sauce.)
This makes enough sauce for at least 2 or 3 packages of spaghetti.
With water (1 1/2 cups), simmer bell pepper, onion, mushrooms and celery until tender.
Chop garlic; add to pan.
Add spices. Now add tomatoes, tomato sauce and tomato soup.
Stir all together.
Put over pasta.
Cook ground beef and onion over medium heat till done. Drain off grease.
Combine beef and onion, tomato juice, tomato paste, tomato sauce, grated carrots, seasoning, mushrooms, garlic, and salt and pepper in a large pot. Simmer 2 to 3 hours on very low heat.
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Serve sauce over pasta.
Saute onions in hot oil until soft.
Add meat; stir and cook until meat loses red color.
Pour off fat.
Sprinkle with seasonings.
Pour on tomato sauce and water.
Simmer, covered, 45 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Serve hot over cooked spaghetti. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Brown ground meat and onions. Add mushroom slices, tomato sauce, tomato paste and 1 cup water. Cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Serve over cooked spaghetti.
In saucepan combine whole tomatoes, tomato sauce, crumble bay leaves.
Let simmer 15 minutes.
Brown beef; add onion, bell pepper and garlic.
Place cooked spaghetti on plate, top with ground beef, place sauce on top.
Serve with garlic or French bread, salad and fried chicken.
