Combine all the ingredients in a blender and mix well.
Note: I cut my bananas into slices and put them in a plastic bag. This way I always have ripe banana on hand. These are perfect for smoothies. Use frozen banana up within 2 months.
I use Brad King's Ultimate Fibrelean protein powder, which I like because it has no offensive smell that some of the other powders have.

Line a 9x13 inch pan with parchment paper or wax paper
Combine milk, chia, vanilla, sweetener, caramom and protein powder in a bowl.
Refrigerate and allow to set over night.
For Parfait:
Layer chia pudding, yogurt, mango, and repeat. Top with mango and coconut chips.
Preheat oven to 350 and grease the baking sheets.
Whisk together protein powder, baking soda and salt, set aside.
Mix the butter, peanut butter, sugar and vanilla extract until creamy.
Add egg and beat until mixture is consistent.
Add protein mixture slowly.
Stir in the oats and chocolate chips.
Use a spoon to drop dough on baking sheets.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
You can tailor this recipe to suit your tastes by:.
- using your choice of milk: low fat or whole milk; soy, almond or rice milk.
- using your choice of protein powder: whey, soy, or rice.
Add milk to blender. add protein powder and blend on medium for 15 seconds.
Add remaining ingredients and mix on high for 30 seconds.
Pour in tall glass and serve!
Mix milk, pudding and protein powder for 2 minutes or until combined and refrigerate.
When you are ready for a shake, pour in one cup of the pudding mixture to your blender and add ice.
**Flavor Ideas: When I mix chocolate pudding and chocolate protein powder, I add 2 tbsp of peanut butter. I also use banana pudding with vanilla powder and add in frozen strawberries or blueberries. The combinations are endless. Tomorrow I am trying vanilla pudding and vanilla powder with canned pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice.

Put liquid ingredients into the blender.
Start the blender with the lid on (cuts down on spraying).
Remove the lid and add the Banana, Fruit, Spirulina powder AND/OR the protein powder or silken tofu.
The drink will become'green' in colour because of the Spirulina.
Drink it anyway and you will be pleasantly surprised and more healthy!
(If you find it too 'tart', add non-caloric sweetener to taste)
add cold water to blender.

Blend strawberries, orange juice, milk, yogurt, flax seed, protein powder, and ice cube in a blender until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes.
Combine coconut water, banana, blueberries, kale, spinach, dates, almond butter, hemp seed hearts, flax seeds, oats, and protein powder in a blender. Cover and puree until smooth. Top with graham cracker crumbs.
