8 almonds
2 tablespoons flax seeds
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 cup sliced frozen banana
1 cup coconut milk beverage (such as Silk(R))
2 fresh pineapple spears
2 tablespoons protein powder
1 teaspoon agave nectar
Preparation
