Dairy-Free Breakfast Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup frozen blueberries (or any other frozen berries)
    1 cup light soymilk
    2 tablespoons protein powder (soy or rice)
    1 small banana
    1 tablespoon flax seed meal
Preparation
    Add frozen berries, soy milk to a blender.
    Peel banana and break up into pieces and add to blender.
    Add soy protein powder and flax meal to blender.
    Blend at high speed until smooth. Pour into glass and enjoy.
