For Shrimp paste:
Shell shrimp completely. Reserve shells for sauce (recipe to follow
Saute okra in oil for 10 minutes.

For Shrimp -- Pour olive oil in a
Melt the butter in a saucepan.
Add the onion and garlic; cook until the onion is tender.
Add the soup, sour cream and catsup; mix well.
Drain the mushrooms and stir into the soup mixture. Add the shrimp and heat through.

Clean and devein shrimp, leaving the last section and

In a bowl put panko bread crumbs and another bowl put corn starch. Dredge the shrimp in the corn starch, then again in the milk and finally in the panko bread crumbs & set aside.
Heat a large skillet to 300 degrees F. Drop shrimp in and fry until golden brown. Remove from oil. Drain fried shrimp on paper towels.
In a large bowl combine fried shrimp with sauce until evenly coated. Pile on a bed of shredded cabbage.

Garnish with cooked shrimp.

Add shrimp and boil 2 minutes, shaking pan rather than stirring.
Add remaining butter and stock and boil 2 more minutes.
Add beer, flip or stir shrimp and cook 1-2 minutes.
Serve with crusty bread for dipping.
