Shrimp Orleans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tablespoon butter
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
    2 cups cooked shrimp, deveined
    1 cup sour cream
    2 tablespoons catsup
    salt and pepper
    1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Melt butter in a skillet.
    Add onions and garlic and cook until tender.
    Combine soup, sour cream, catsup, salt, and pepper; stir into onion mixture.
    Add mushrooms and shrimp; heat slowly.
    Serve over rice.
