Shrimp Orleans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. onion
    1 onion, sliced
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    2 c. cooked shrimp pieces
    rice
Preparation
    Melt oleo in skillet.
    Add onion and garlic salt.
    Simmer for 5 minutes.
    Blend soup, sour cream and catsup.
    Stir into onion mixture.
    Add mushrooms and shrimp.
    Cover.
    Simmer, stirring occasionally, until mixture is heated through, approximately 10 minutes.
    Serve over hot rice.
