Peel and slice onions.
Heat 1 tablespoon of the butter and 1 tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
Add the onions, 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper and cook until onions are soft and golden, about 10 minutes.
Remove onions and cover to keep warm.
Melt remaining butter and oil in the same pan over medium heat.
Add 2 of the steaks and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
Remove the steaks from the pan and keep them warm while cooking the remaining 2 steaks with the sauteed onions.

Sauteed Onions and Mushrooms: Melt butter in
he meat and carrots and onions. Add enough beef stock or
rowned sausage, 1/3 cup sauteed onions, 1/2 tsp oregano and
Shred chicken (add to sauteed onions and green chilies).
Add Cheddar cheese and sour cream.
Mix well; cook over low heat until all is mixed together and melted.
Warm tortillas in skillet and wrap mixture.
Put in baking pan.
Pour bottle of chili sauce over.
Bake at 250\u00b0 until warm clear through and sauce looks dry, 20 to 25 minutes.
Spread the olive oil on the inside of a slow cooker.
Place the venison roast inside and season well with grond pepper and garlic powder (if using garlic powder and not fresh garlic)

Cover and cook on LOW 6-10 hours depending on how you like your meat, slicable or falling apart. My preference is falling apart so I cook for 10 hours on LOW.
Drain mushrooms and save liquid.
Melt butter and half and half to make 2 cups.

Add salt, pepper and sauteed onions.

Add mushrooms and pour into pie crusts.

Thaw bread at room temperature.
Cut the loaf in half (makes two rolls).
Roll out on floured surface (I use wax paper).
Layer with sauteed onions, 1st cheese, pepperoni and 2nd cheese.
Close roll and brush with egg yolk and milk.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes.
Preheat oven 350\u00b0.
Mix 3/4 bag of stuffing, melted butter and one cup of broth.
Put this in a medium size casserole dish. Mix soup, cooked chicken (tear into bite size pieces), sour cream, rest of the broth and the sauteed onions.

Cut the onions in half and then slice into 1/8 \" thick half-rounds (About 10 cups of onions).
Heat the olive oil in a large saute pan over medium heat.
Add onions and mushrooms and saute for 15-20 minutes. Add the peppers, garlic, vinegar, tomato puree, pepper flakes, salt and pepper and continue cooking an additional 10 minutes.

Heat oil in large skillet. Saute onion slices until tender but not browned. Remove onions. Add beef patties to skillet and brown on both sides.
