Chicken Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 8 slices dried bread, buttered on both sides
    6 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1 can chicken or meat from 1 cooked stewing hen
    1 can cream of chicken or cream of celery soup, undiluted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    sauteed onions
Preparation
    Arrange layers of bread in 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
    In bowl, combine eggs, milk, undiluted soup, salt and pepper.
    Pour over bread and garnish with sauteed onions.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven until browned.
