Yields enough marinade for 2 large London broils.
Bread and fry chicken cutlets.
Pat dry.
Put aluminum foil on cookie sheet.
Spread out sweet and sour sauce.
Place cutlets on top.
Then spread some more sauce on top of cutlets and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Easy clean up!
Put the steak in the pot and hack away at it with a fork or something to open it up for the marinade.
Pour the rest of your beer over the steak; open another.
