Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. chicken breasts, sliced thin (boneless)
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    vegetable oil
    Saucy Susan or any sweet and sour sauce
    1 egg
Preparation
    Bread and fry chicken cutlets.
    Pat dry.
    Put aluminum foil on cookie sheet.
    Spread out sweet and sour sauce.
    Place cutlets on top.
    Then spread some more sauce on top of cutlets and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Easy clean up!
