Saucy Susan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. sherry or white wine
    1/3 c. orange juice
    1 jar Saucy Susan (also can use sweet 'n sour sauce)
    8 chicken breasts (preferably boneless)
    cut-up carrots, potatoes and turnips (if desired)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Line a large baking dish with chicken breasts.
    Stir all ingredients together.
    Pour over chicken.
    Add cut-up carrots, potatoes, etc.
    Cook, uncovered, for 1 1/2 hours at 400\u00b0.
    Baste often!!
