Chinese Spareribs (Barbecue) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. spareribs
1 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. dry sherry
1 1/2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
4 gloves crushed garlic
Preparation

Cut spareribs into 2-inch sections.
Place in large bowl, add remaining ingredients.
Mix with spareribs and marinate for 6 hours.
Cook in 300\u00b0 oven in the marinade sauce until tender.
Add some water when needed.
Brown under broiler flame.
Garnish with sweet and sour sauce (Duck Sauce or Saucy Susan).
Serves 4 to 6.
