4 Cornish hens
melted butter
1/2 c. sweet and sour sauce (Saucy Susan)
3 Tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. ginger
2 to 3 Tbsp. apricot jam
garlic (a lot, 10, 12 large chunks or more)
lemon juice (1/3 to 1/2 c. or so)
teriyaki sauce (1/3 to 1/2 c. or so)
Tabasco sauce (5 to ? drops)
olive oil (1/4 to 1/3 c.)
Preparation

Put the steak in the pot and hack away at it with a fork or something to open it up for the marinade.
Pour the rest of your beer over the steak; open another.
