Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chicken cutlets
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained
    egg
    cooking oil
    bread crumbs
    2 c. Saucy Susan or duck sauce
    milk
Preparation
    Cut up chicken into bite size pieces (about 1-inch).
    Dip chicken in milk-egg mixture; roll in bread crumbs.
    Brown chicken in oil, adding oil each time you add chicken.
    Place chicken in roasting pan.
    Pour drained pineapple over chicken.
    Mix Worcestershire sauce and Saucy Susan; pour over chicken.
    Stir. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
