Pot Roast (Saucy Susan) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. brisket or any pot roast
    1 jar Saucy Susan (sweet and sour sauce)
    ketchup
    water
    potatoes
    carrots
Preparation
    In Dutch oven, sear meat until brown on all sides.
    Add the Saucy Susan.
    Fill empty jar with ketchup and add to pot.
    Fill jar again with water and add to pot.
    No additional seasoning needed.
    Cover and cook in a 350\u00b0 oven for 2 to 3 hours.
    About 1 hour before meat is done, add potatoes and carrot chunks.
