Susan'S Favorite Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 recipe Salsa Verde (recipe follows) or for easier version, 1 to 2 jars Chi-Chi's salsa verde (medium)
    8 flour tortillas
    2 c. cooked and shredded chicken
    1/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1/2 c. sour cream (or non-fat substitute)
Preparation
    Garnishes:
    Additional cheese and sour cream and chopped cilantro.
