Pour can of rotel (do not drain) over cream
Brown sausage in large frying pan, drain and return to pan.
Add 3 packages of cream cheese to the sausage.
Drain about half of the liquid off the rotel tomatoes (actually pouring the rotels into a strainer will drain off too much of the liquid, just drain with lid on can).
Add the rotel tomatoes to the cream cheese and saugage and melt all ingredients together until well blended.
Can be served in a crock pot to stay hot.
Brown ground beef.
Drain.
Pour in rotel.
Stir and let cook down some.
Cut velveeta into cubes.
Pour into ground beef.
Stir until all cheese is melted.
Cook sausage and drain.
Add softened cream cheese and rotel and mix well.

Brown the sausage in a skillet on medium high. Turn to low and stir in undrained rotel tomatoes and softened cream cheese. Mix til well blended. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
On a plate spread desired amount of nacho chips.
Top with 1/2 cup pulled pork.
Drizzle 1/4 cup Rotel over pork.
Top with 1/4 cup BBQ sauce.
Sprinkle the Dry seasoning over it all and garnish.
This makes 1 individual serving, just repeat the steps for everyone else and enjoy.
Mix corn, Rotel, olives, onions and cheese in a large bowl until well combined.
Combine sour cream and 3/4 cup mayonnaise in a bowl, stirring to combine well. Mix in taco seasoning (if desired.).
