Slice hard cooked eggs evenly.
Stir together ketchup and Tabasco sauce.
Place slice egg on top of Ritz, add a small dollop of ketchup-Tabasco sauce to top. Garnish with a fresh basil leave, sliced.
Hard-boiled egg method - place the eggs in a pot and cover with cold water by a 1/2-inch. Bring water to a very gentle boil. Turn off the heat, cover, and let sit for exactly (in pot) 12 minutes. After the time has passed place cooked eggs in a bowl of ice, and ice water until ready for use. Peel shell under cold water.
Beat egg whites with cream of tartar, adding 1 cup sugar as you beat the eggs.

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0F.

Bake tarts for 25 minutes.
Par boil the broccoli for approx 5-10 minutes, (Still\"crispy\", you dont want it mushy).
Cut broccoli into bite size pieces and put in 9x13 baking dish.
Mix mushroom soup, mayonaise, onion, eggs, cheese and seasonings together.
Pour over broccoli.
Top with crushed Ritz Crackers.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes uncovered.
Melt butter, add to Ritz crackers.
Add sherry and mix together.
Add onion rings and crab meat.
Mix together with your hands and pat on fish.
Mix chicken with mushroom soup and sour cream and add a couple of tablespoons of broth from the cooked chicken.
Put in 9 x 13-inch baking dish and sprinkle with poppy seed.
Crush Ritz crackers in Ziploc bag; add 1/4 stick melted margarine.
Put on top of chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Beat egg whites very stiff.
Crumble crackers coarsely.
Mix all ingredients (not including eggs) together.

Boil chicken breasts and cube.
Mix together sour cream and cream of chicken soup or mushroom soup.
Divide Ritz cracker crumbs in half.
Melt butter or margarine and pour in 9-inch square pan. Pour half of crumbs in pan.
Add chicken, sour cream and soup and then rest of cracker crumbs and butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes, uncovered.
Wash fish filets and pat dry.
Lay filets in a 9x13\" baking dish. Set aside.
Put Ritz crackers in a gallon size baggie and crush the crackers to a fine crumble.
Add butter to the Ritz and mix well.
Spread the Ritz mix over the top of all the filets.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes (depending on the thickness of your fish).
Test doneness by sticking a fork in the fish and twisting. The fish should be flakey and the Ritz crackers should be nicely browned.
Serve immediately.
Spread peanut butter on about 3 dozen Ritz crackers and top each with another Ritz cracker.
In top of double boiler, melt 3 tablespoons Crisco.
Add white chocolate and stir until melted. Drop Ritz sandwiches, one at a time, into melted chocolate, using a spoon to turn and coat.
Put on wax paper to cool.

When using a Pet-Ritz deep dish crust, please substitute

caramel candies, 1/2 cup flour, 5 cups apples, 1 cup caramel ice cream topping and 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
In a heavy saucepan, mix together dates, nuts and Eagle Brand milk over low heat and stirring constantly, cook until dates have melted.
Remove from heat and spoon topping onto a Ritz cracker. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 6 minutes.
Remove from cookie sheet and cool. Cream together powdered sugar, butter and enough cream to make a smooth icing.
Top each Ritz with a dollop of icing.
Spread Ritz crackers on baking sheet.
Combine condensed milk, dates and pecans in a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Take a small spoon and put a small amount of pecan mixture on each Ritz cracker.
Melt margarine in 9 x 9-inch dish.
Mix all ingredients except 1 cup Ritz.
Pour into dish with margarine.
Top with 1 cup Ritz. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
