Brown potatoes and onion in 2 tablespoons of oil.
In separate boiler, cut up cabbage and cook in a small amount of water.
Slice sausage and add to potatoes and onion mixture.
After cabbage is tender, add to sausage, potatoes and onion.
Let simmer for 15 to 20 minutes over low heat.
Serve with cornbread and enjoy.
