Cabbage And Sausage Turkey Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage meat (fresh)
1 medium head cabbage
6 stalks celery
6 medium onions
2 to 3 eggs
salt and pepper
poultry seasoning
5 to 6 slices bread
Preparation

Cook sausage meat until well done, breaking it up with spoon. Chop celery, cabbage and onions up rather small and add to sausage meat.
Add about 8 to 10 ounces water and mix well, then cover and let simmer until vegetables are soft.
Stir occasionally.
Also add salt, pepper and poultry seasoning.
Let cool.
When cooled, add eggs and moistened bread.
Mix well and then stuff your turkey.
