Barbecued Ham

Cut through the rind of the ham 4 inches from the shank

Great Ham Rolls(Appetizer)

Spread thinly sliced ham with 1/4 inch of cream cheese.
Take 1 whole green onion, washed, dried and ready to eat and hold it lengthwise of ham.
Trim
onion to fit ham and roll up the onion lengthwise in ham to form a ham roll.
Make as many as you wish; refrigerate until ready to serve.
Cut ham rolls in about 1/2 to 1-inch pieces.
One ham roll equals about 8 pieces.
Refrigerated ham rolls last up to 1 week if wrapped in foil.

Ham With Red-Eye Gravy

In large skillet, over medium heat, brown a thick slice of ham about 1/2-inch thick; turn and cook until browned and heated through.
Remove ham to platter.
Add 2 cups water to pan drippings over medium heat, with spoon stir drippings to loosen from bottom of pan, heat to boiling and boil 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
Serve gravy over ham with grits.
Delicious with biscuits.

Ham Rolls

Mix all of the ingredients except the package of ham.
Spread mixture on each slice of ham and roll jelly roll style.
Wrap and refrigerate until well chilled; slice into slices and serve with crackers.

Canned Ham

Boil ham for 1/2 hour.
Put ham in roasting pan.
Add 1 1/2 cups water (about 1 inch in pan).
Sprinkle on top of ham the nutmeg, cinnamon and maple syrup.
Cover top of ham with brown sugar.
Bake for 45 minutes.

Ham, Asparagus And Cheese Sandwich

Slightly toast bread; then place slice of ham on toast. Arrange 3 or 4 asparagus spears on top of ham slice; top with slice of cheese.
Broil until cheese melts.

Ham Baked In Milk

Mix milk and flour, add sugar.
Add enough more milk to make 3/4 cup liquid.
Pour about 1/3 of the liquid mixture over the ham every 15 minutes, while baking, until used up.
Then turn the ham every 15 minutes until done.
Start baking at 400\u00b0, then reduce to 350\u00b0 after 15 minutes.
Probably will be done in 1 hour, but depends on thickness of ham.

Ham Roll-Ups

Take 1 slice of ham and spread with cream cheese.
Place a green onion at the edge and roll up.
Repeat with each slice of ham.
Refrigerate logs until ready to serve.
Slice logs in 1/2-inch slices.
May use a toothpick to hold, if desired.

Crock Pot Ham And Scalloped Potatoes

Put half of ham, potatoes and onions in Crock Pot.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then grated cheese.
Repeat with remaining half, spoon undiluted soup over top, seal edges.
Cover and cook on Low 8-10 hours or High 4 hours.
Stir well and serve.

Ham Roll-Ups

Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on each ham slice.
Place trimmed onion lengthwise at long end and carefully roll up. Repeat for each slice of ham.
They will look like little jelly rolls.
Chill for several hours or overnight.
Slice 1/2-inch slices.
Place \"pinwheels\" on serving platter or dish to serve.

Hot Ham Buns

Mix butter, mustard, poppy seeds and onion. Spread on rolls. Put a slice of ham and cheese in each roll. Wrap in aluminum foil. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Makes four sandwiches.

Place 1 or 2 asparagus spears on a slice of ham.
Top with slice of cheese.
Roll up and secure with toothpick.
Place on ovenproof platter and put into 350\u00b0 oven until cheese melts. Serve hot or cold.

Easy-Tasty Ham Roll-Ups

Mix horseradish with cream cheese.
Spread dollop of mixture on slices of ham or luncheon meat.
Roll up.
Secure with toothpicks and chill several hours.
Before serving, slice into bite-sizes.
Good served with Fritos.

Diced Ham Dinner Starter (Oamc)

Cut deli ham into cubes about 1 cm (or less)square. (My kids don't like the skin on the ham so I cut that off too).
Package cubed ham into bags with approximately 1-2 cups of ham in each bag.
Press out as much air as possible, label and freeze.
To serve, add ham cubes to your favourite recipes. Defrost in the microwave if necessary.
