Crock Pot Ham And Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8-10 med. potatoes, thinly sliced
    6-8 slices of ham, diced (can use turkey ham)
    1 onion, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. grated cheddar or American cheese
    10 oz. can cream of celery or mushroom soup
Preparation
    Put half of ham, potatoes and onions in Crock Pot.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then grated cheese.
    Repeat with remaining half, spoon undiluted soup over top, seal edges.
    Cover and cook on Low 8-10 hours or High 4 hours.
    Stir well and serve.
