Family Favorite Apple Pie

Mix two recipes of Can't Fail Pie Crust.
Fill unbaked pie shell with sliced apples.
In a bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon and flour.
Pour evenly over the apples.
Then sprinkle vanilla over the mixture.
Then cut up margarine or butter over the top.
Cover with top crust and, with knife, make slits for air.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes and at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.

Oreo Cookie Dessert

Crush cookies into crumbs.
Melt butter and mix with cookies. Press into bottom of container (9 x 12-inch).
Mix cream cheese, sugar and 1/2 Cool Whip.
Spread over the crust and chill 20 minutes.
Mix separately pudding with milk and spread on.
Chill. Put rest of Cool Whip over pudding and sprinkle remainder of cookie crumbs on top.

Fruit And Angel Dessert

Break cake into bite size pieces.
Arrange half in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Top with half the undrained pineapple and cherries.
Spread half of dessert topping; top with half of coconut.
Repeat layers.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Sicilian Apricot Cheese Dessert

Brush inside of dessert shells with rum.
Heat preserves until melted.
Brush on shells, reserving part of preserves.

Chocolate Eclair Dessert

Mix instant pudding and milk. Beat 3 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip; stir well. Line 9 x 13 inch pan with graham crackers; cover with pudding mixture. Continue layering graham crackers and pudding mixture. Cover top of dessert with a layer of graham crackers. Add melted chocolate frosting to top.

Forgotten Dessert

In the morning, whip the Dream Whip and vanilla.
Spread over top of dessert.
Refrigerate.
When serving, add strawberries or blueberries (no sugar).
Serves 10.

Dissolve Jell-O in 1 and 1/4 cup boiling water.
Stir in strawberries, sugar, and salt.
Cool until thickened in refrigerator.
Fold in whipping cream.
Cover bottom of 9 inch pan with torn pieces Angel Food cake.
Pour half of strawberry mixture over it.
Make another layer of cake.
Pour remainder of strawberry mixture over it.
Refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours.
Remove and cover with thin layer of cool-whip.
This dish is best made in a clear serving dish so that you can see the pretty layers!

Jello Ice Cream Dessert

Dissolve jello in boiling water in a metal pan.
Remove 1/2 cup of this and put into bowl.
Add 1/2 cup cold water to jello in pan and place in freezer until thick (10-15 min.).
Add 1 cup ice cream to jello in bowl and stir until smooth. Place thickened jello from freezer in dessert dishes and top with ice cream mixture.
Chill for at least an hour and serve.

Red Berry Dessert Sauce

Mix cherries,only 1 cup of the raspberries, sugar, and cinnamon sticks in a saucepan over medium high heat and bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Lower heat and let cook until cherries soften up, approximately 15 minutes.
Remove from heat, remove cinnamon sticks, and add brandy and remaining 1 cup berries.
Serve warm or at room temperature over very hard vanilla ice cream, or any other type of dessert you prefer.

Jell-O 123 Layered Dessert

Stir boiling water into JELL-O in a bowl until dissolved.
Add 2/3 of frozen COOL WHIP to same bowl one spoonful at a time, whisking until it is melted and blended.
Pour into small clear drinking glasses.
Refrigerate at least 3 hours, until set.
