For the tea:.
Place water in a

Mix water and teabags in a large pot.
Cover, cook at medium heat.
As soon as it comes to a boil, time it, and boil 8 minutes. Remove from stove immediately.
Strain at once, let cool and use as base for pearl tea drinks.
Combine turmeric root, ginger root, and honey

Add milk, lemon juice and almond oil. Stir well.

Once it has come to a boil, remove from heat and let steep for a couple of minutes.
Remove bags from water, pour tea in pitcher, add sugar, and stir until dissolved.
Fill gallon pitcher the remaining way with cold water and stir.

Bring water to a boil in a pot. Stir in turmeric and pepper. Reduce heat to simmer. Simmer until flavors meld, about 10 minutes.
Strain into a heat-resistant glass container. Serve hot or cold, flavoring with honey and lemon juice.

Sweeten to your taste.
Serve over ice (you can certainly drink it hot if you wish).
