Remove the meat from the bones and put through coarse blade of grinder together with onion. Season to taste with salt and pepper, some leftover gravy and stuffing. To each 2 cups of meat add 1 beaten egg. Bake in a loaf pan in a moderate oven (350*) for 1 hour. Serve with hot turkey gravy.

Add leftover turkey, green onions, salt, pepper, thyme and sage; stir well and return to a boil.
Cook over medium heat for another 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix evaporated milk and flour in a mixing bowl with an electric mixer.
Blend milk mixture into soup.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened (approximately 8 to 10 minutes).
Serve hot.

Combine in saucepan and heat thoroughly the first 4 ingredients.
Dip tortillas in hot oil until soft.
Combine the cheese and onion in a bowl.
Put 2 tablespoons of cheese mixture in center of tortilla.
Roll tortilla and put in baking dish. Pour turkey sauce over tortillas.
Cover with foil for oven at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes, or cover with Saran Wrap and microwave on High for 8 to 10 minutes.
Scoop out bread, leaving 1/2-inch on sides and bottom.
Brush with melted butter on top and sides of bread.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Prepare stuffing according to package directions for dry stuffing.
Spread in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish; top with a layer of turkey.
In a large saucepan, melt butter; blend in flour and seasonings.
Add cool broth; cook and stir until mixture thickens.
Stir small amount hot mixture into eggs; return to hot mixture.
Pour over turkey.
Bake in slow oven at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted halfway to center comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes to set.
Serve with Pimiento Mushroom Sauce.
