Turkey Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. celery, cut into 1-inch strips
    1 c. chopped onion
    5 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
    1 c. milk
    1 c. broth or 1 c. water with chicken bouillon cube
    2 c. cubed leftover turkey
Preparation
    Brown celery and onion in
    butter.
    Add
    flour and curry. Stir. Add milk and broth.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add turkey. Cook another 10 minutes. Serve over rice with usual curry condiments.
    Serves 4 to 6. Great for leftover turkey. Can be frozen.
