Leftover Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2-inch thick slices of Italian bread
    1 stick melted butter
    turkey gravy (leftover or canned)
    3/4 c. chopped onions
    3/4 c. chopped mushrooms
    1 c. water
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    leftover turkey, cubed
Preparation
    Scoop out bread, leaving 1/2-inch on sides and bottom.
    Brush with melted butter on top and sides of bread.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
