Wild Turkey Jerky(Food Dehydrator Needed For This Recipe.)

Slice turkey across the grain in 1 inch strips, about 1/4 inch thick.
(Meat will cut easier if partially frozen.)
Take all your fixins' and mix'em up.
Pour'em over the turkey slices.
Make sure all your turkey gets a fair amount on it.
Place turkey on trays in single layer in dehydrator and dry overnight.
When the rooster crows, your turkey will be jerky.

Beef Jerky

Mix first 6 ingredients in a shaker.
Layer beef in a large bowl with each layer 90 degrees from the previous and sprinkle with seasoning.
Combine last 4 ingredients and pour over seasoned beef mixture.
Cove and refrigerate overnight to 4 days.
Remove from marinade and place in dehydrator and sprinkle with more of the seasoning mix. Run till dehydrated chewy and delectable.
If you don't have a dehydrator or smoker place on wire racks and put in your oven at 150\u00b0F till done.

Jo Ann'S Deer Jerky

Marinate overnight.
Place in dehydrator for about 8 hours or bake in oven at 325\u00b0 for 8 to 12 hours.

Deer Jerky

Mix all ingredients together in an airtight container.
Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
Marinate meat at least 4 hours. (Best if marinated overnight.)
Cook in dehydrator.

Beef Jerky

Soak meat in sauces for 20 minutes and drain.
Cook at 150\u00b0 for 12 hours.

Deer Jerky

Stir this mixture well with a spoon to dissolve all of the soluble ingredients.
Place the strips of meat in the marinade. Be sure they are completely submerged.
Marinate overnight, turning if necessary.
Lay marinated meat strips on oven rack. Cook for 6 to 8 hours at 150\u00b0.
They get crisper the longer they bake.
Store finished jerky in Ziploc bags or other airtight containers to seal in freshness.

Simmering Potpourri(Do Not Eat - Just For Scent)

Allow apples, orange rind and cranberries to air dry (or in low oven or in dehydrator).
Mix all ingredients.

Low-Fat Scrumptious Strawberry Filling For Crepes

Place strawberry halves, apple juice, maple syrup and vanilla in blender or food processor.
Cover and blend until smooth.
Cover and refrigerate.
Prepare crepes.
Spread 2 T.
cheese over each crepe.
Sprinkle 1 T.
chopped strawberries over cheese.
Fold each crepe in half, then into thirds to form a triangle.
Spoon strawberry sauce over crepes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.

Combine all ingredients for dressing in a small bowl and whisk ingredients together.
Divide clean, dry and chopped lettuce among four large bowls. Top with rice, crab meat, avocado, cucumber, carrot and ginger. Drizzle dressing over salads, then top with sesame seeds and nori. Serve immediately.

Place it all in a food processor and process until you like the consistency.
Put in a jar for at least 2 days before using. Will keep for weeks in the fridge.

Divine Rum Balls

Put the sultana's and 1/2 the rum in a bowl and set aside.
Put the biscuits and the almonds (if you're using whole ones) in a food processor until crushed but not powder fine.
Mix into the biscuit crumbs, the coconut, and the cocoa
Add the condensed milk, the sultanas, and the rest of the rum.
Mix it all in together. It needs to be sticky, but not wet or gooey.
Roll into medium sized balls and roll in the extra coconut.
Put in the fridge to set.
These will keep for ages in the fridge in an air tight container.

Bake in oven at least 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Let cool for ease in cutting; serve as is or top with ice cream or whipped cream.
