Beef Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. flank steak strip (ask for jerky meat)
    1/8 tsp. or more salt
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/8 tsp. garlic
Preparation
    Soak meat in sauces for 20 minutes and drain.
    Cook at 150\u00b0 for 12 hours.
