Jo Ann'S Deer Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. venison, cut up in medium thin strips
    1 tsp. salt or seasoned salt
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2/3 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. Accent
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    4 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Marinate overnight.
    Place in dehydrator for about 8 hours or bake in oven at 325\u00b0 for 8 to 12 hours.
