In a very large mixing bowl, combine hashbrowns and remaining ingredients. Taste -- add salt, pepper, cayenne to taste -- but if you aren't a food snob this step is not necessary.

Brown ground beef and onion in large skillet.
Drain. Meanwhile, boil sliced potatoes until tender.
Add the soups to the ground beef.
Mix well.
Drain potatoes and put in the casserole dish.
Top with ground beef mixture.
Cut up toast into squares and spread over ground beef.
Cook at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
In 10-inch skillet, saute chopped onions and broccoli in butter or margarine until onions are tender.
Cook rice according to package directions in 2-quart saucepan.
Add chicken soup and cheese spread to onions and broccoli.
Stir all this into cooked rice.
Grease 2-quart casserole dish with 1 teaspoon butter or margarine.
Pour mixture into this.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until it is bubbly.
Serves 6.

Add butter, onions, cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper.
Put in dish; top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until crackers are brown.
Combine all ingredients and cook in 375\u00b0 oven until it is bubbling over the entire casserole.
