For the sandwiches, spread bread with butter. Spread 1/2 the salsa on 4 slices. Top with tomato, onion and cucumber. Top with remaining salsa, grated carrot and remaining bread. Cut sandwiches into quarters.

Cook onion in margarine until clear.
Mix margarine and onion with Worcestershire, poppy seed and mustard.
Using a sharp knife, cut dinner rolls without separating them down the middle.

In a bowl combine all ingredients except the bread; cool egg filling to room temperature, cover and chill for 5 hours or up to 24 hours.
Lightly butter one side of the 22 slices slice of bread.
Spread about 2 heaping tablespoons egg filling over 11 slices of bread.

Add in a tablespoon or two of mayonnaise and blend until the mixture is soft and spreadable. Add a little more mayonnaise to soften further.
Cut the crusts off the bread, then either cut each piece into fourths or cut into diamonds.
Spread mixture over half the bread pieces, then top with another piece of bread.
