Tuna And Watercress Finger Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can (12 oz) tuna in oil, drained, flaked
2 None green onions, finely chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
12 slices bread
2 cups watercress leaves
Preparation

Mix tuna, onions, mayonnaise and lemon juice in a large bowl. Season to taste.
Spread the tuna mixture over each slice of bread. Cover four slices with watercress and top each of these with two slices of bread, tuna side down. Remove the crusts and cut each into three finger sandwiches.
