Ham Salad Finger Salads - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 c. chopped ham
    1 c. relish
    3 c. chopped celery
    2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    4 king-sized loaves day old sandwich bread (2 whole wheat and 2 white)
    1 lb. oleo for sealing bread
Preparation
    Chop ham and celery in food processor.
    Put all ingredients in large bowl and mix thoroughly.
    Spread each slice of bread with soft oleo to seal out moisture.
    If sandwiches cannot be made on day needed, make sandwiches and put back in bread wrappers day before.
    Just before serving, trim off crusts with electric knife and cut into finger sandwiches.
