Heat frozen meatballs in a microwave oven, on a paper towel on a plate, for 4 to 5 minutes until hot.

In 1 1/2 quart microwavesafe casserole, crumble ground chuck. Microwave on High power for 4 to 6 minutes or until meat is brown, stirring once.
