Ingredients

1 cup salad oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dry mustard
salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and simmer for a few minutes. Especially good for basting grilled fish.
