Tri-Tip Dinner For 4 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tri-Tip
    4 medium baking potatoes
    1 head lettuce
    1 bottle dressing (any kind)
    seasoning with Pappy's seasoning (Hallmart meat section)
    4 small ears corn-on-the-cob
    1 avocado
    garlic bread (optional)
    1 bag Bricketts
    1 block cheese (any kind)
    1 tomato
Preparation
    Roll Tri-Tip in Pappy's seasoning.
    Light the coals and let them get hot.
    Take Tri-Tip and Pappy's seasoning and season as desired.
    Put meat on the grill and close lid.
    Wrap potatoes separately in foil and put in oven at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0.
    Bake 30 to 45 minutes, depending on size of potatoes.
    Get large pot.
    Boil water and put corn in.
    Cut up lettuce, tomatoes and shredded cheese.
    Combine and put in refrigerator to chill.
    Tri-Tip need to cook 30 minutes on 1 side, 30 minutes on the other side (lid closed).
    When Tri-Tip is done, cut up slices as desired.
    Set table.
    Butter corn.
    Take out potatoes and salad.
    Enjoy dinner, seasoning as desired.
