Grease 3 quart baking dish and put half of the mix in baking dish.
Spread and cover with chicken; then cover chicken with the remaining mix.

into greased baking pan. Mix soup, sour cream and onion powder.\tLay chicken pieces on the dried beef and spread soup mixture over the chicken. Bake at 275\u00b0 for 3 hours.

Mix all ingredients except boned chicken to desired consistency.
(I leave my mixture rather loose to keep moist when baked.)
Pour into greased baking dish. Add boned chicken and press into mixture.
Bake at 400\u00b0 to desired thickness and brownness.
Enjoy.
Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix buttermilk and eggs together. Wash chicken and drain. Sprinkle with flour. Dip chicken in buttermilk mix. Fork chicken 1 piece at a time and drop in flour mixture. Take out and drop in hot oil just until chicken is brown. Take out and put single layer on cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. It's good enough for the preacher!
Sprinkle rice in a greased casserole dish. Cover with chicken. Do not add salt. Sprinkle chicken with onion soup mix. Cover with canned soup. Add water. Use a tight-fitting lid or aluminum foil and bake at 250\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
Cook chicken until tender; cool enough to cut into pieces. Set aside.
Cook noodles in the chicken broth.
Saute chopped onion and pepper in a small amount of oil.
Cube the cheese and mix all ingredients together.
Put in a baking dish; cover with foil.
Bake 2 hours at 200\u00b0.
Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Wrap each breast section in a slice of chipped beef, then wrap with bacon.
Lay them in an oblong baking dish sprayed with Pam.
Mix sour cream, soup and sherry.
Pour over chicken.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake covered 90 minutes. Uncover and bake another 30 minutes.
Serve with white rice and green beans almondine.
Place one slice ham on each flattened chicken breast and fold cheese to lay in center of ham.
Roll breast and fasten with toothpicks. In small saucepan mix all sauce ingredients and heat until cheese is melted.
Place chicken rolls in baking dish and cover with sauce.
Bake covered at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour, until chicken is fork-tender.

Pour over chicken.

Line a 9 x 13 baking dish with chipped beef slices. Wrap each chicken piece with 1 strip of bacon. Place on top of chipped beef. Mix undiluted soup, sour cream and sherry and pour over chicken breasts. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours. No cover. Serves 6 to 8.

Cook bacon, onion and sofrito sauce base in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 minute or until bacon is almost crisp. Add chicken to skillet; brown on all sides.
Stir tomato sauce and broth into skillet; bring to boil. Add rice and pigeon peas. Bring to boil; cover.
Reduce heat to low; simmer 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
